I appreciate you all so much!!! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am here every day and  this lifestyle is is something I am very dedicated to, because I believe in it. I have always lost weight by fasting, from the time I was in my early teens. In my early 30's I fasted for an extended period of time armed with a booklet with what I now know to be alot of mis-information. The booklet said that if you wanted to completely cleanse yourself of toxins that you should fast until your hunger returns. The program was centered around the concept of listening to your hunger to know the condition of your health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It said that the first three days you would constantly be hungry. After that the hunger would go away. The next stage your body was in was getting fuel from the worst gunk in your body and when it began getting fuel from your muscles, then hunger would return, and that is how you would know that your fast was over.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've never talked about this, because after I did it I realized how crazy stupid it was. The booklet was written by a medical doctor and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. It wasn't until I had fasted for 63 days that it dawned on me that I might never feel hungry. How far was I going to let this go?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I started eating by drinking a seltzer, that had a little bit of fruit juice in it. I felt stronger emmediatly, but then my heart started jumping and I started having to spit constantly. I was so weak by this time. I think I basically had no muscles left. I couldnt step up a step or get into a car without help. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was helpless by this time and needed help with everything. It gave me time to think how stupid fasting was and how there is alot of mis-information out there. I was following the advice of this medical doctor and could have killed myself in the process. My intention was just to be healthy. I was willing to do whatever it took to do that, but did not have the right plan, obviously! I was totally on the wrong path.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But, it occured to me that maybe I had to be that extreme and suffer the consequences of that before I would have learned my lesson for good regarding fasting. I have never fasted again since that time. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But, that was when I started gaining weight like crazy. I had totally wiped out my metabolism. &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net"&gt;Holly Rigsby &lt;/a&gt;says, "Your muscle is your metabolism." well, I had just destroyed my metabolism.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My answer was to get my metabolism back by exercising. To me, exercise = cardio. So, here I was willing again to do whatever it took to get my body back and so I did cardio to an extreme! But, I still wasnt building my metabolism back! I was teaching my body that it better hang onto the fat because she is either in a famine or she is constantly running for her life!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've carried on my extreme views on food by only eating real supportive food. That has been a good thing for me as I have been for the most part able to keep the symptoms of Eppstein-Barr at bay by keeping my immune system built up.&lt;br /&gt;But, I still have not been able to get the fat off.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is, till I found &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net"&gt;Club Fit Yummy Mummy&lt;/a&gt;. So, results is what I was after all the time. If I didn't get results then I would just step up my efforts. Though the efforts were in the wrong area. Club FYM has been an answer to a hearts cry. The Bible says that if you cry out to God, He will give you the answers you are seeking. I am so thankful to be here and finally feel like I am in the right place with the right information and the support and encouragement I need to get my body back better than ever.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Even though overeating is not an issue for me I can eat very little and it makes me gain weight. So, I'm having to put my focus on keeping the nutrition as high and as supportive as possible while keeping the calories pretty low, and just be patient while my body builds it's muscle/metabolism base back up with these awesome resistance exercises.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I struggle with the slowness of this process. I can't compare myself with others. I have to make the wisest choices every step of the way. I have to be careful and mindful. I do everything I can to stay in a possitive mindset and stay motivated and fend off discouragement. I am reaping in my body all the abuse that I have sown to it in my past, and just trying to love it and nurture it back to what it was meant to be.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, thank you all for your encouraging words and your cheers and possitive re-enforcement. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The grass isn't always &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;greener...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;During the 12 weeks of the New Years Transformation&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Challenge I turned 46, my third grandchild, Maxwell, &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;was born, my husband was out of work for the second &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;straight month due to the weather here in the Northwest,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;two of my sons were laid off from economy related jobs,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;my toddler started being wakeful again at night due to &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;teething, I had a four week plateau where no pounds or&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;inches were lost even though I never missed a workout &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;and always ate supportively....&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Don't put your dust in my dustpan, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;my dustpan's full..."&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;You could pick any 12 week period of my life and find&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;just as many stressors, though different they might be.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Add to that the "normal" unusual qualities of our life:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We have six kids ranging in age from 28 down to 18 monthes,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;the first four were all born within five years of each other, &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;two of them were twins, we are a homeschooling family,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;my husband owns his own transport business, which he &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;runs out of our home, we are grandparents of three, so our &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;two youngest are Aunt and Uncle to what agewise would&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;normally be cousins, I have a thyroid condition and &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Epstein-Barr, and I'd like to add that I have a high need &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;to be alone periodically, but rarely am I ever alone.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;My life really isn't all that different from yours. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The exact circumstances might be different,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;but our common bond is our full and busy lives.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;As women, we rarely put our own needs first. Not our&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;personal needs, anyway. As one of our needs is to serve&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;those we love. What happens when we catch a glimps&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;of ourselves in the mirror? How do we feel about what &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;we see? Do we even recognize the person we have become?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The good news is...&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;As I reflect on the 12 weeks of the New Years Transformation&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Challenge there were some exciting positives that took place:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;More than a year after my toddler was born, I finally retired&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;maternity clothes and am now wearing my pre-pregnancy jeans&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;that are too loose for me!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Another positive that took place during the &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;NYTC&lt;/a&gt; was all the &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;help I received from the ladies at Club FYM in the forum&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;when I hit my four week plateau. I got so much practical&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;advice and encouragement and one week later my weight and &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;measurements had moved in the right direction! &lt;strong&gt;I get by&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;with a little help from my FYM friends!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The 12 weeks of the &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;NYTC&lt;/a&gt; has allowed me to learn to make&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;taking care of myself a priority so that I have the energy and &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;stamina to continue to take care of those around me. The benifit&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;for them is that I am more efficient, more alert and attentive,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;energetic, happier, organized and healthy, and they are, as well,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;as my example and good habits rub off on them.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;My husband and children are so proud of me for what I've &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;accomplished, so far. My husband who has always thought I was &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;beautiful, is constantly complimenting me. My boys always act&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;surprised by how much I am changing. My daughter, Tayla,&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;is always pointing out the changes in my body and when my &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;pants are falling down. My in-laws are always so admiring and&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;ask lots of questions.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;My dreams of the person I want to become are becoming more &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;vivid and rich with detail. Before, I would have said that I want &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;be able to wear anything I want to wear. What I should have said&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;was that I want to be able to wear anything I want to wear AND&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;look and feel great wearing it! Now, I'm picturing myself wearing&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;a teeny bikini and I look and feel great wearing it! Maybe not in &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;public, but I can just see it! I want to look and feel THAT good!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I am allowing my dreams to go there! I want that bikini&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;confidence!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The New Years&lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt; Transformation Challenge &lt;/a&gt;has allowed me to catch&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;a glimps of the changes that are to come in my body and in my life.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;I am seeing the possibilities of what I can become. I am seeing and &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;believing that it is possible to be a strong, beautiful, sexy woman, &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;even into old age.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This is just the end to the beginning. &lt;/strong&gt;The beginning to more&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;transformation challenges. The beginning to a fuller, richer, more&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;beautiful life. The beginning to more new possibilities. Here she is Looking absolutely&lt;br /&gt;amazing, and yet she's talking about where she knows&lt;br /&gt;she is still jiggly!! Don't we women do that?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;She confirms yet. again, to me that so many&lt;br /&gt;personal trainers are teaching their clients to exercise,&lt;br /&gt;but, inefficiently, so that some will think that they&lt;br /&gt;don't have time to work out or that they are tired&lt;br /&gt;and just want to skip it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If she were doing intervals or tabatas instead&lt;br /&gt;of steady state cardio for long periods of time&lt;br /&gt;her workouts would be less time consuming,&lt;br /&gt;not to mention, less boring. It would be&lt;br /&gt;interesting to see what kind of results she could get&lt;br /&gt;with the coaching of someone like Holly Rigsby.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aside from that, Valerie bertinelli inspires me&lt;br /&gt;as she said that even though she dreaded going&lt;br /&gt;out in public for the first time in 30 years&lt;br /&gt;wearing a bikini, she decided to feel the fear&lt;br /&gt;and do it anyway! Okay, yes, she may not have&lt;br /&gt;the body of a supermodel, but she is sure&lt;br /&gt;smokin' hot for any age, let alone 49 this month!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This totally solidifies all her public openness to&lt;br /&gt;get her body back, better than ever. She has taken it&lt;br /&gt;to the ultimate level that we would all like to achieve&lt;br /&gt;whether or not we choose to put ourselves out there&lt;br /&gt;to that degree.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've not, up to this point, even allowed my mind to go&lt;br /&gt;there. Visualizing myself in a bikini at the beach. A year&lt;br /&gt;ago, Valeri said that she would never wear a bikini in public.&lt;br /&gt;So, hey, there will always be new goals. You never know,&lt;br /&gt;maybe that could be me! It made me realize that I haven't felt confident since I was a kid and too naive to know any better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many factors have contributed to the breaking down of the simplistic confidence that I used to have. Having children, for one, made me realize I didn't know anything. Being married to a difficult to please person, for another. The biggest contributing factor to my shakey confidence has been my body. I learned when I was young that if I didn't eat, I could lose weight easily. As I got older and my body started gaining weight with very little food intake, all I could think was, "This is not how it is supposed to go!" I read every magazine that talked about weight-loss, every book I could get my hands on. Watched every T.V. show... they all said to eat less and if you have a significant amount of weight to lose, YOU HAVE TO DO CARDIO.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, cardio I did! I would get my kids up early and we would go for an hour long walk, pushing the stroller, with my pedometer and no breakfast. Skipping breakfast before your morning exercise was said to force your body to use the fat reserve for energy. Then, I would come home and everybody would get their own breakfast while I put on a video and got on whatever machine I had at the time and I would do another hour, minimum, of cardio. (I thought I was doing intervals, too, until I watched Holly's instuctional video on how to do intervals and learned how they are really done!) Then, I would choose an exercise dvd from my vast collection and do that for another hour! Then, and only then, did I take a shower and get on with my day!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I felt I had to do this every day, six days a week, not because it was working for me. I just needed to feel that I was doing everything in my power to hold back the fat dam that was just waiting to come pouring in on me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did this every day, six days a week, unless my schedule just wouldn't allow. But, I always got at least one hour in. The magic, minimum number!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Working THAT hard every day and not having anything to show for it really shakes your confidence!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My husband was away on a trip one night and I literally stayed up all night looking up what ever the internet led me to in my search for fat-loss. I started to see that there were things that worked for fitness models and bodybuilders, people who's business was to know what works. This was a different picture than the one I had found in the typical women's magazine and the latest diet books and talk shows.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then my son, who is a wellness coach and P.E. teacher, told me about &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Club Fit Yummy Mummy&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;I looked it up on the internet right away and signed up for the newsletter. I copied off everything &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Holly Rigsby&lt;/a&gt; gave out for free and I STUDIED the materials! I wanted to understand so badly what I needed to do!!! I was really desperate!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Another overnight trip for my husband, I was again up all night searching the internet. I was on You Tube and came across Holly's video's. At 4:00 a.m. I signed up to join the &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Club Fit Yummy Mummy Community&lt;/a&gt;, and I was in right away and studying some more!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The sky opened up, the light of glory came down on me and I could hear the heavenly choir singing! Seriously! The moment I came into the &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Club Fit Yummy Mummy community&lt;/a&gt;, I had such HOPE!!! I was on such a high you wouldn't believe! There were all these ladies who were just like me going nowhere fast and now they were getting RESULTS!!! If it worked for them, it could work for me, right????&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Do you know that as happy as I was to find this community and start doing the program, I really didn't believe that it would work for me? But, I certainly HOPED it would!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was easy for me to do the program after all the hours I had been spending exercising. I decided to just focus on being consistant and not compare myself to anyone else and probably eventually I would have some results.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, I was SHOCKED to see my body as I was getting dressed one morning after being on the program for only ONE WEEK! I thought, "Am I delusional, or do I actually look thinner?"&lt;br /&gt;I got out my tape measure and I was actually 1" less in the waist than the week before! I took my measurement several times to be sure, because I couldn't believe it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I went downstairs and came around the corner where my daughter was and her mouth dropped open as soon as she saw me. she said, "You're...you're...you're...SKINNY!" Then came over and put her hands on my waist. I didn't expect that at all! I didn't think other people would notice, but they did. Hers was the first of many such reactions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right away I could feel my confidence growing. And, it's been growing ever since! As I turn 46 I am excited for the future! I have the confidence of knowing that I have a plan for my life and body and this plan will evolve with my growing level of fitness for the rest of my life! I am in control and I know where I am heading and I know what it takes to feel good, fit, confident, and yes, sexy, at any age!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I was a kid, I thought there wasn't anything I couldn't do, but that was because I didn't know how much I didn't know!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I'm older and I feel that confidence coming back, but, now, it's because I know how much I know!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And, I know how much I know because of &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Holly Rigsby&lt;/a&gt;, all the ladies at &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Club FYM&lt;/a&gt;, and the&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Fit Yummy Mummy&lt;/a&gt; program! Personal 16 Week Challenge&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;New Years Transformation Challenge&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Last October I officially began a on-line fitness program called &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Fit Yummy Mummy&lt;/a&gt;. The by-line says that I should get ready to unleash my yumminess. After trying everything I knew to do on my own and not coming up with any real results, I was getting pretty desperate. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;My husband was away for a couple of days. I took advantage of that time by literally staying up all night looking up anything to do with fitness on the internet. At about 4 am I decided I was going to jump in and join &lt;a href="http://sallyfym.fitmummy.hop.clickbank.net/"&gt;Club FYM&lt;/a&gt;. I had been receiving their newsletters, but I was new to the internet and just wasn't sure about joining a site. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;I filled out the questionair and recieved an emmediate reply. I actually figured out how to put up my profile picture, and I was on my way. A couple of ladies welcomed me. I thought they were part of a commitee, or something. Maybe they were on staff. Later I found out that the ladies are just very friendly and everyone is incredibly supportive and accepting.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;I didn't order the book right away, but I read as many posts as I could and watched all the videos and asked alot of questions until I felt sure that this was the program for me. I took each of my assignments very seriously. I answered specific questions to figure out what my goals were. I took a before picture! The DREADED before picture!!! By the time I had gotten to the picture, I had a certainty in my heart that things were looking up. I would never look like that again!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;My twelfth week on my personal challenge coincided with the New Years Transformation Challenge, of which I am now in the fifth week of. I decided from the time I joined Fit Yummy Mummy that I was going to participate in whatever they had going on. I don't want to leave any stone unturned in my quest to get my body back. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Actually, I'm not getting my body back. I'm getting my body back BETTER THAN EVER! I will be fitter than I have ever been in my life. I am free from fitness futility. This program is so all encompassing and so well organized that I will have the tools I need to become fitter and yummier far into the future! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Wish me well on the New Years Transformation Challenge! This is what he told me. They get up in the morning and before they do anything, they work out. They have nothing to eat all morning.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;At noon they have rice and tea, and they continue working out, practicing their wrestling, and whatnot.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;In the evening, they finally have an actual meal.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;It's all you can eat, but the food is surprisingly &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;what would be onsidered quite healthy;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;more rice, vegetables, and a lean protein!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;After they've had their fill, they go to bed.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;So, to break it down:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1) They skip breakfast.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2) One or two meals per day.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3) Alot of mental and physical stress.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4) The biggest meal late in the day.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;They train their body to store fat by exercising for &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;long periods of time and going for long periods&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;with no food. The body goes into endurence mode&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;and stores fat for them to 'survive' on.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;To build muscle, the body needs short bursts of &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;hard exercise, ideally to the point of failure.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;The body will get the idea that muscle is what&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;this person needs to survive. And, eating every &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;couple hours so the body never feels the need to &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;store fat. The muscles need to be fed, ideally, &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;nutrient rich food.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Almost my whole life, I have lived the sumo wrestler&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;way.
