Butterfly Mum

Sally Hill-Dunn, mom of 6, is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and Wellness Coach is on her own journey to health and wellness. After being bedridden 90% of the time from her early 20's and into her late 30's she was finally diagnosed with severe hypothyroidism, Epstein-Barr Virus, hypoadrenia, and a myriad of other things. Into her 40's and now beginning her 50's she has been living a normal and healthy life by applying the healthy habits that she has learned along the way.
The thyroid is shaped like a butterfly, is her constant friend and a part of her inner dialog. This blog offers a way to share her life and her journey of health and wellness with her constant 'butterfly' companion.
